Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all vehicle rentals with NN Rent a Car (“NN”, “we”). By making a reservation you agree to them. The signed rental agreement at pick-up prevails over this summary.

1. Driver requirements

• A valid driving licence and passport or national ID must be presented at pick-up.
• A credit card in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit.
• Minimum age and licence-holding period may vary by vehicle category.

2. Reservations

Online reservations are requests until confirmed by NN. Vehicle models are shown as examples; a vehicle of the same category (“or similar”) will be provided.

3. Rates & payment

Rates are quoted per 24-hour period. All charges are shown before confirmation — we do not apply hidden fees. Fuel is supplied full and should be returned full.

4. Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured. The coverage, any deductible and exclusions are detailed in the rental agreement.

5. Use of the vehicle

• Only drivers named on the agreement may drive.
• The vehicle may not be used for racing, towing, or any illegal purpose.
• Accidents, damage or breakdowns must be reported to NN immediately on +961 3 664 024.

6. Cancellation & changes

Changes and cancellations can be requested by phone, WhatsApp or email. Applicable conditions are communicated at the time of booking.
